Consciousness Precipitates Reality
As scientists we love the complexity and importance implied in using “big words”. As humans, we seek simple explanations, a distillation of information or just a “fast track download”.
In other words, as my kids would put it: “Mom, Just break it down”.
In translation, that would be:
“You have my attention for one nanosecond.”
So, here it is in one nanosecond of my own malleable time.
My Intent is to bring to your awareness these current topics in Medicine and Science and Spirituality.
Ask the questions and seek the answers for yourself.
Begin to discern the information for yourself.
Begin to develop a foundational framework of understanding, so you can then formulate through your own creative process, your own beliefs.
Perception and Beliefs are powerful programming tools.
They Alter your Physiology, your Health and your Reality.
Learning through your own Experience is what makes this process empowering.
It is through your own experience that perceptions and beliefs are created and become integrated into the cells as information.
This information or programming becomes your reality.
After each topic I have posted a “reference of interest”. Please note there are many, many, distinguished works, authors and mentions on each topic.

Neurogensis, Neuroplasticity, Epigenetics:
These are terms and concepts to become familiar with. They are hot topics in the Scientific and Medical community and they generate a lot of cutting edge discussions. More importantly, as these new concepts and findings become integrated into mainstream thought, they support a new paradigm of Medicine and Self-directed well being.

Neurogenesis: The birth or genesis of brain cells. It is the process by which neurons are formed. Previously held evidence, practice and beliefs were that neurons or brain cells were “fixed” and that they could not regenerate or be restored. However, now there is a growing body of evidence that supports that, in fact, brain tissue or neurons can regenerate.

Neuroplasticitiy or cortical remapping is the underlying process of neurogenesis. This is the mechanics by which the regeneration of nerve tissue occurs. It is through a process of reorganization of the brain's cells and structure that the ability to form new neural pathways is enabled.
Neuro: neurons / Plasticity: capacity for being altered or malleable.

Epigenetics: The science of changes in the inherent gene code that can alter gene expression. It is the study of the mechanism of how gene expression occurs and the environmental factors or influences above (epi) the inherent gene code that can alter gene expression.
Epi: above /Genetics: determining factors in the expression of your being.
This is a huge statement of grand importance: There are Factors above the inherent gene code that can alter your gene expression. Your genetics are not predetermined or fixed, and environmental or external influences above or outside of the existing recognized pathways can change the expression of your Being and alter Your Human Bio-System.

So here it is Straight up!
All existence is energy. Everything is a form of energy and Energy manifests in infinite forms and has inherent electromagnetic and vibrational properties:
We are Energy in form and We possess the same inherent properties!
It's the concept of MIND ENERGY or THOUGHT, translated as an energy form and its direct influence on our cellular and genetic make up, which is becoming more defined and acceptable as a point of reference within the scientific community.
OUR THOUGHTS or MIND ENERGY
or CONSCIOUSNESS CONTROLS OUR GENES
and therefore controls the Expression of our Being and our reality.
“Direct your Thoughts and Direct your Reality”.
We are Creators of Reality by inherent design.
We are magnificent, powerful, complex creations,
with infinite potentiality, self-directing and self-sustaining.
Isn't it time NOW for us to learn HOW to consciously create our Reality?
