Practice Feeling Good



You are a powerful being.  Your thoughts, based on your emotions and beliefs send out a signal to the world ... and are reflected back to you.
You are like a magnet and that which you feel in your body (directed by your emotion) ... is what you magnetize to you ... If you feel joy, then you bring more joy to you ... If you feel love, then you bring more love to you ... If you feel peace, then you bring more peace to you ... 
You don't need a special reason to feel joyful or happy ... that is what you naturally are ... that is your baseline ... your core signal, all you have to do is command it ... focus on it ... feel it and know it will be ...
Practice feeling good.

Pay attention to what you are feeling ... accept nothing less than feeling good ... remember what you put out as a signal of feeling vibration is what you get back.
This is a simple but very good way to begin to understand the mechanics of your "instruction set".
But don't believe me. Let it be your own experience ... and draw your evidence from the truth of that.
